Late/Cancellations
To respect your time and the time of all clients, please review the following policies:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% session fee.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
Full session fees apply regardless of session length due to late arrival.
Sickness
Please reschedule if you are ill or experiencing symptoms of contagious conditions.
If you arrive sick, the therapist may decline the session for safety, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Payment of Fees
All cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
